I and someone else answered your question, count your points and provided you with link on CIC web-page with FSW language eligibility rules.

You have thrown another link to Manitobian provincial program, where they count points differently and have different rules. Obviously, you were not satisfied with the answers given to you, claiming we both were wrong. Why should I argue?

What program are you applying, man?
If provincial, then, obviously you have chosen the wrong thread.

OK, I've just realized that one of the numbers on my previous Temporary Visitor Visa could be a UCI number (it doesn't say so on the visa and is present only in my latest visa), so I tried to log into ECAS... and voila! IT WORKED ;D But it only had a checkbox with the option of withdrawing my consent to make my info viewable online. There was nothing else there

Good. Keep checking ECAS if you have paid via DD. once your file is successful and DD is encashed, it will show "in process" in the system. Good luck.

I can log in ECAS now using UCI and/or Immigration File Number which I received earlier from Call Center, and I can see the status "In Process". ;D

Seniors may clarify about this too...

Similar doubt I had but ,



at then end of the page, of the above link , there is a table to calculate the language points , most probably which implies that
marks should be calculated according to CLB level of each ability so in my opinion
you should get 20 points .
