Congrats to all those who got the CC's charged and got their PER.

I read it on the CIC website

"About the application cap

Due to the large number of applications we get, we can only consider a limited number of applications per year. Between May 4, 2013, and April 30, 2014, we will consider no more than 5,000 complete FSW applications for processing. Within the 5,000 cap, we will consider no more than 300 applications per eligible occupation for processing within this same time frame."

But on the contrary does it mean , 24 X 300 = 7200 Applications?
Or would it be like 5000-1000 (P.Hd.) = 4000 (Remaining)
So the 4000 would be divided among the remaining 24 occupations?

sorry as there is no spreadsheet, i cannot clearly figure out coz info is quite limited. as far as i know, all those reporting cc charged already got PER as well. most of them are 1112. i do not know where is 2174 and 2147 hiding?

Guys, Just registered in this Forum. So, don't know rules & regulations much.

Before a day or two, I've decided that I want to go to Canada by FSW (2174). Am I really late for this? If no then is it safe to do all paperwork via Some Local Indian Consultancies? I am worried about it, because they charge heavily. Or is it easy to do all paperwork by myself?

Guys Need your genuine suggestions as early as possible.

dude i would go ahead and do it myself... we had a lot of pondering over whether to use a consultant or not and eventually realized that all they do is charge you 120K (in rupees) from typing your application and couriering it. they say their "head /director" would sign my file... dont know if i really need that since CIC is not offering any points for XYZ director signatures!!
the only place where they can really help is when you are on the border or passing marks and they can twist a few loose ends... and nobody is late for any NOCs. its over when CIC website says ITS OVER... rest is all guesswork. all the best
