Everyone:

Is there any reason that someone could explain that why would anyone who is filling FSWP and knows english could not reach our forum? because I have googled many questions on web and the answer is almost there in our forum especially regarding ECA. I am also presuming this time the multiplier factor may not be as high as 60 at this time. It should be around 25 at present.

There are only two groups of people those who I think will not access to our discussion and first one are those whose applications are filed by Lawyers and Consultants (though some like me are probably exception who used consultant but still updated myself with the latest information through this group.)

Second group of people could be those who don't know english well or/are accessing their own language discussion boards. Ex: Chinese and French etc.

What are your views on it?

I found an interesting thing. My file arrived at 5/8 and signed by DONNIE, but this guy only appear in the morning on 5/8, never appear before in 2011 or after 5/8. Quite strange. ^_^
Wish all of us can reach the cap and most important, get visa!!

Buddy you are wrong, many Chinese people know about this forum and looking at the google doc as well. There are not so much feedback on Chinese forum regarding to FSWP now. This is because most of local applicant are still struggling with WES----diff with other country, our diploma should have another authority to certify first before it can be send to WES. That is a long road, thus many people, if they are applying for hot NOC, will not be able to reach the cap. That is why Chinese forum is quite quiet this time.
But for those who already done With WES, we look at this forum everyday ESP the google doc.

Anyway I agree with you that maybe this time the multiple factor should be lower. But even as lower as 15, the cap is already reached for 1112/2147/2174.
God knows who is in and who is out.

Huangxyqjy: That was just my assumption, you could be right. Though I haven't seen many people asking question other than mainstream english speaking guys and gals barring few like you and others.

Talking about the ECA. Dont you think this was intentional move by the minister to declare things at the last minute. We all know it was not easy task to get our ECA and only those who were well prepared before even the announcement was done by CIC only they are able send files now.

My inference is because of ECA there will be less people filling hence multiplier factor will be for sure lower. We will be able to see the picture once CIC updates their tracker for NOC.
