I have just checked and found that so far 15 out of 300 applications for the category 2174 has been accepted.

As per my courier status, my application has reached CIC i.e. may 10 th 2013 morning for this category.

Could anyone tell what are my chances to get into the 300 mark ?

when can i get file number?

Reporting CC Charge
I had come to know about this only after inquiring from the bank of pending transactions. It seems due to various banking procedures we may not get notified about CC charge immediately.I would like to inform people waiting to not get depressed and make an inquiry with your respective bank. Please Do consider banking delays to get your notification give it at least 2 days from the day you hear of cc charge from others of the same date as your application. It would be in your best interest to inform the bank beforehand of the expectant transaction so that they could process it without delay.

I have following duties on my letter. The title is Sr Software Developer - 2174

1. Write and modify the software code as per requirements.
2. Perform requirement analysis of products and prepare documentation on that basis.
3. Assistance in determining the deadlines for the products and Create architecture wireframes.
4. Perform unit testing on the software code and optimize it for best performance.
5. Provide guidance to team members on technical issues and understanding processes.
6. Maintain existing products by appropriate code changes and proper versioning.
7. Prepare the Help documentation and flowcharts of the product functioning for the End Users.

Whats the scope... :-\ :-\ :-\

You should be good to go Amar. There is nothing wrong with the duties and they definitely make sence for 2174.

These are the job duties my employer wrote for me:

- Planning, organizing and controlling the operation of information systems in our company;
- Development and implementation of electronic data processing and computer systems
- Managing teams to design, develop and administer computer networks and software,
- Implements service and support operating systems
- Controls the budget and expenditures of the company

Are they good. Should I worry?

What is our next step after receiving per? My DD is cashed so I am assuming that I will receive PER in week or so.

I have not applied for PCC yet, My lawyers told me that PCC is valid for 6 months only and I need PCC from both Indian consulate and FBI.
Should I apply for it now or wait a bit? Can someone also tell me processing time for PCC from US?

Yesterday someone asked for my job description and experience letter. i gave following reference letter and job description for title "Team Lead" (My firm has listed down template for all titles which i was able to find and attach it.)

Reason for not providing experience letter is that XXXXX provide experience letter to terminated employees only. I have same set of document attached along with the cover letter and have almost similar job duties including the java technologies that I work on. I wonder why its taking so long for my CC to be charged..

Jigs11...process for PCC from US

1. I went to the website given on the CIC and downloaded the forms
2. There is one form on which we have to put our fingerprints. My wife and I went to City police station and where the office helped us to get our finger prints. I made two sets of the form just to be on the safe side.
3. On the fee payment form I chose CC
4. Sent the package to FBI in West Virginia; reached around May 5
5. It was opened on probably April 8 (due to their work load)
6. Recently my CC was charged by FBI. I called them to inquire about the status. They told me that the report will reach me before mid of July. Thus its make take around 2 months or so. Please write "for immigration purpose" on your envelope that you send them and also in the covering letter that may include in the package.

My application was well received on 9th May by Mike, under NOC 2147, and i use CC, BUT till now, i still havent got any messages about my encashment, extremely nervours and upset,

Yes I checked all the factors of CC charged that you PM me but unfortunately no news.
