As soon as you have a way to do so. Without a UCI (a client identifier which you are assigned once you get PER) - there is no way to let them know of changes in your situation. So you have to wait until you get PER.

Ok this might not be a good question but I keep thinking if cic started receiving applications from 4th or 5th may than y it took them so long to evaluate the applications received in the 1st few weeks.. n y is that they just started charging cc of 5th may n onwards applicant 6 to 7 weeks later... isn't it as simple as that they would receive an application evaluate it n charge the cc if sucssesful or reject it if unsuccessful... what were they doing all these weeks...

What about applications through other programs + those with job offers? Don't they keep pouring in all year? I assume that CIO staff weren't sitting idle and waiting for the FSW 2013 intake. Apart from the more thorough checking this time around? Poor guys need some sympathy and understanding from us too
