Query regarding filling forms.

1. do i need to submit below forms even if its not applicable for me.please advise.

A.Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada (IMM 5604)
B.Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409)

NO.

A. This form is reqd only if one of the parents is NOT accompanying the minor to Canada i.e. the minor is immigrating but one parent is not.
B. This form is reqd ONLY if the couple is LIVING-IN and not married.

If these cases don’t apply to you, you need not fill-in these forms. Also, if you have less than FIVE dependants, you DO NOT need to fill the Additional Dependants form. If you are not using a Representative, the Use of Representative form is also NOT required.

Guys is there anyone who landed recently in Canada, could u please share your experience and some tips... I'm concern about the PR And Health Cards, and SIN, how to apply these? While in Canada , I can't wait for these to be released since we will only stay there for two weeks... I believe that we can't go back without the PR Card... But I'll ask them to send it our relatives in Canada, then our relatives will send it to us in UAE...I hope this one will work..

While filling IMM008, number 7 requires information on CSQ. If what one has gotten is just the AOR (under QSW), and one is now applying for FSW should one still go ahead to provide details of CSQ application in 7c of IMM008 or one should write N/A all through?
