My CC was charged on 9th March and till now I have no clue if PER email was sent to my consultant or not. Would it be wise decision to email CIC in order to check the PER status?

Processing fees charged. However, the agent from Collin Singer firm is on leave and they do not bother to tell me if they received the PER email from CIC end or not. Freaking irresponsible people. Don't know what to do now :-X

Does that means my file is complete and I qualify for PR after the fess charge. Also, how long does it takes for the PER to arrive. Is there any area of concern after CC charge?
