Pls I am new to this forum and I pls need your help.I will like to knw if I qualify for fswp.my qualification is civil engineering but my experience(of over 8years) is as a financial analyst and investor noc 1112.I'm also abt completing my executive MBA.my self caculated points is 80.do I qualify based on work experience alone or my qualification and work experience hv to match.is there anybody on this forum that had a similar case to mine and applied last year for fswp 2013 and yet got a PER.thank u.

You apply against a NOC code which relates to your work experience. So yes you can apply provided you can produce all required work experience documents. Your educational qualification is separate from your work experience. If you read the application requirements you will notice that they only specify that you get certain number of points for a Bachelor's degree and certain number for Master's and so on. They do not award points based on whether u r a civil engg or a comp engg.

The key to a successful application is extensive self research and you can get all the information you need on the cic website if you are willing to make that effort.

UPDATE: This monring I got a call from NDVO and the lady asked for three recent photogrphs of my 4 years old daughter. So, I have to send these at the earliest to NDVO. I have sent the RPRF, PP along with other requested docs in Feb 2014.

My question to other forumites: I understand the requirement of passport photos for each of the family members is obvious, but I haven't seen that as a stated requirement neither in the initial application nor in the MR and other document request letter. Is it the same with other folks as well - were you asked to provide kids photos at a later stage or you had sent those proactively?

Any which way, my advice to applicatants who are yet to send their RPRF and PP; make sure you send four/five recent passport sized photos along with RPRF and PP even if the VO hasn't asked for it.

I too had received an email on March 28th asking for recent photographs of my 9 month old child as well as generic form with updated details of my child.

I checked the Excel Sheet from 2013. I noticed some application returned due to cap reached and were received by the end of May.
There were others in the same NOC that were received in June and they got their Visa. How is that possible?
Depending on Visa office????

I couldn't get Saudi PCC,My lawyer advised me to make an affidavit and send it with passports.

This wont delay my process. Please advice
