folks, I am frustrated coz I got an email reply from HKVO saying that my app is pending results of background checks. i dont worry about my background as everything i submitted are true but i started to worry about the time require for the vo to complete the checks!!!!!!

Just give it a try. It won't hurt.

Put the same amount of money which will be charged by CIC in your credit card account and it's done. Easy.

Got a message from the bank yesterday saying that Canada Immigration charged my CC. Hope I will get the PER soon. App sent on 5 July and received on 11 July.

Hi there, I noticed that u guys are all having an "app received" date. Just wondering if it is sent to u by the CIO? I sent my application on 5 Jul, but I am not getting any feedback. Not even a message saying my app is received. I am starting to worry!!! :'(
