Yep...IELTS original copy is a concern but very minima.
British council accepted to include another original copy with my application if only I allow them to send it on my behalf.
Inother way.....they wont release it for me but I can package all other documents,address it and subsequently take it to them to send on my behalf after inserting the TRF for IELTS-I will only pay for the courier service to Novia scotia.
Just for information, i sent an email to british counsil and asked them to send me extra copy of my Ielts certificate to my adress. They sent another original certificate to my postal adress on very next day.

You can submit your passports and documents at VFS Chennai and collect it from there. Looks like VFS provides better tracking options than sending it by courier. Good luck!

Hi All,
I am planning on submitting my application under federal skilled worker - arranged employment stream. I am currently working as a full time employee and my employer has offered me a full time job. As I am working on an open work permit, I do not have a LMO for this offer. Can you please advise if I will receive AOR and if my application will pass ministerial instructions? I have an IELTS score of 8 (overall band), 1 year of Canadian post secondary education and 3 years of work experience under NOC 1112.
Thanks

Hi Veejay,

Can you please share with me your application timeline and category under FSW? Thanks

Foreign workers who are currently working in Canada are required to have their employers obtain an LMO to benefit from Arranged Employment. This includes the following types of applicants:
Foreign workers who have a job offer from a Canadian employer that is different from the employer indicated on their work permits;
Foreign workers who have work permits that were issued without an LMO;
Foreign workers who have open work permits (not linked to any specific employer);
andIndividuals who are authorized to work in Canada without a work permit, such as business visitors.

Pls see the following link

Thanks! I was aware of the below, however at this point I'd like to just pass the first approval stages, i.e. AOR and passing ministerial instructions in order to apply for another open work permit. Do you think that that will be possible?

I think because of open work permit and LMO requirement your job offer is not valid and you may be refused.

Query regarding RPRF for LOndon VO:

LVO statements regarding RPRF are very strange. All visa officers told same thing to all applicants being interviewed that they normally send RPRF along with MR. But Most of the applicants who received MR that was without RPRF and still not been asked to pay for this which is contradictory to their above statement.

Any thoughts / suggestions / ideas??

Meaning it won't clear the AOR and meeting MI Instructions? I know that when it goes into processing it will be refused and I do not care about that at this point. I just need it to clear the first round and go into processing so that I can apply for another work permit.
What do you think?
