Wait for another 2-3 days, definately there will be 3rd line in your eCas.
Generally it takes 5-6 working days.

HO FORUM members .i had my medicals on 17 feb but still no third line added.wats the average time between medicals and third line in ECAS...

First of all, I am really sad to know your case; it is only because of your consultant.

Since you applied in July and your application reached on July 4th, based on the spreadsheet of forum members, your credit card should have been charged in October 2013. If your credit card was active until November 2013 and it wasn't charged by CIC, then most probably, your application has been found incomplete by CIC and it should have been returned.

I think, your consultant is playing with you since they should have already recieved your application with a letter stating why your application is being returned. If your imcomplete application was submitted due to the mistake of consultant he would never want you to know that, otherwise you could claim your fee back which you paid to consultant for filing your case. Most importantly, if you are using a registered & professional consultant, then he/she should have clear idea in January 2014 that there is no use to resend the payment form with new credit card details as 2132 CAP was already filled back in August 2013. I think, you have to dig out your consultant.

Since your credit card hasn't been charged and you didn't recieve PER from CIC, therefore consider your first application as null and void. You can send another fresh application for an open NOC but you have to provide original IELTS result and original ECA report. Try to do it on your own this time, because I don't think that your consultant is professional and sincere with applicants.

Hey guys,
I have a query.
My file reached nova scotia on 4th of july with NOC 2132.
At that time, I had attached my credit card details for the fee to be deducted.
Later, I came to know after going through my net banking page on jan 19, that my credit card has beed deactivated by the bank without any notification.
After a lot of arguements with the bank people, I finally had to learn that they won't activate the old credit card at any cost.(HDFC Bank )
So my consultants suggested me to arrange another credit card for the fee as I was expecting my file would be in the cap (tha's y it didnt come back till now. please correct if wrong.)
I sent them the another credit card attachment with the mail to intake office on jan 20.
Since then, I have been waiting for any communication from side.
Have put repetitive reminders and called no of times to their office but no use.
Now, I want to know ur suggestions plz.
What should I do?
One more query, can i put another noc which is not filled yet without my earlier package being returned from there.
As they are not responding at all, I wanna know is this legally ok to put another case from the same applicant without waiting for the first case to be responded.

You should download the forms directly from CIC website. Here is the link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

You can save the partially filled forms to work later too. Once your documents are ready and forms are filled, go back to above CIC link again one day before sending the packet, and make sure that CIC didn't upload any updated form. If you find any updated form, download it, fill it and repalce it with the old form.

If you are planning to send packet next week, you should start filling from today.
