You got the interview call after the medical request....

I was thinking that once MR request comes, there wont be any more interview request...

Do anybody have some clue, why may applicant still waiting for their Medical check?

I did not received any Medical email nor I got any other line in ECAS expect ' WE HAVE RECEIVED UR FILE ON 16TH MAY"

Please throw some light on this issue, guess or any experience?

NDVO has not touch 95 % of 10,11,12 OCTOBER AOR files, I checked in xls sheet.

i was wondering whether i will get my pp through reg mail or courier ? and what if package comes during nobody there at my address,will the packet be returned to embassy??

Hi All,

Sorry was away travelling for few weeks so could not catch up with the forum.

I got the email from CIC stating that my application was returned on 5th December because of cap reached. But I haven't got my application back yet. Spoke to the post man as well who delivers ordinary, speed post and all parcel. He said I haven't got any application back to deliver. I called CIC about 10 days ago and he said the same info of return.

As you all know in application package there is original DD, IELTS mark sheet and WES doc available. what should I do to get them all back?? At the moment no clue whatsoever about my application... Huh Huh

Also, Any possibility of FSW in 2014 so I can reply??? OR its still not clear whether there will be FWS in 2014 or not??

This is could be the reason for delay.

In the month May 2013, CIC received total 931 files as per the xls sheet. Lets consider 35% of 931 belong to NDVO. so tatal 300 for NDVO only in the May month.

If NDVO follow FIFO, they will be busy for may applicant till date, and that too for 2174,1112 NOC majority.

They might thought to process 50% of May Application and rest 50% for JUNE, JULY application;to process all NOC equally till DM stage.

Therefore, rest May applicant may process soon in February.

Whats your thought.

With the grace of god....I got DECISION MADE....jst half an hour ago.....as expected today......

mate it has been answered so many times on this forum....passports will be delivered through reg india post, in the same way passport offices across the country sends new/renewed passports...its our responsibility to make sure that somebody is there to collect the passports....for e.g...if u got your dm today then in all probability your passports and copr will arrive withing 3-4 days....so atleast for this period we must be very vigilant....
