my medical report reached NDVO on 10th jan and RPRF DD encased on 18th jan (as per bank information) but no 3rd line in ecas yet.

Thanks faiz....Here my doubt is that my spouse is a foreigner...We legally registered our marriage in her country and applied for PER. As per my consultant it is sufficient. They said no need to register in both the countries and we made it. The process of marrying a foreigner in India is very complex. So we didnt registered here yet. But while looking at the Indian PCC form there is a section for marital status... As we are not legally registered in India is it possible to add married? or I have to put single? I worry if I add married the passport seva officers may ask for Indian marriage certificate and they may even tell me to change the entire passport. This all are money and time consuming and I may not able to make those with in the given time frame...

Somebody please advice....

Please answer my query. I have got my Nigerian PCC. But they have mentioned my new passport number in the PCC, though I had travelled to Nigeria on my old passport. Hope it will not be an issue ??? ???

Hi Vedh, Do not worry about new passport number in PCC.

When you submit the PCC to NDVO, in your cover letter just mention that you have renewed your passport for so and so reason. and atatch the copy of new and old passport for reference. Your new passport will also have number of old one to connect.

NDVO office will just refer it to validate the PCC.

Renewal of passport do not need official intimation as per NDVO's requirement. You are just providing it to validate your PCC. That's very much alright.

We can apply and collect PCC from passport selva in person or online. So I like to know why you said I won't be able to get it from PSK....

People who sent their PCC to NDVO, did you guys apply for PCC only after receiving the PCC request from the VO, or beforehand.. ?? Please do let me know.

Do not miss CIIP at any cost. CIIP folks will register yourselves to agencies like COSTI and other GOVT agencies that can help our transition to Canada immensely.

They will also let us know where, when and how to start preparing for certifications for regulated professions like
Mechanical and Civil engineers, Physiotherapists, etc. You will be surprised to know that there may be several online courses that you can start immediately.

They spoke about various provinces and the type of job opportunities available therein.

In short, I assure you that you will not regret attending CIIP.

They will also let us know where, when and how to start preparing for certifications for regulated professions like
Mechanical and Civil engineers, Physiotherapists, etc. You will be surprised to know that there may be several online courses that you can start immediately.

Hi Abhishekgupta, Don't worry. Ecas line appears after approx 2 weeks , sometimes early also but generally. So you will have it any time in this or next week.

Hi three star, register on newcomersuccess.ca.

Note following before you apply.

Keep your and your family's MR forms and CV ready to upload.
Apply separately for you and other applicants in your file.
Type your city name if its not Delhi. You have to choose from the available city.
you will receive a mail after completing application.
Call at their delhi phone no. and confirm your application and documents reached or not.
