Thanks very much to Abu Hassaan, rakeshtk & dhanoa9015 for ur kind cooperation....Abu Hassaan said:You must inform LVO for the change of your address as it is instructed by CIC/Visa Offices and it will also help you in future for different stages of immigration process. Updating your address wouldn't delay your processing but if you don't update, it may cause troubles for you to appear for interview, if called for (depends in which country you were living and now in which country you are residing) and may cause troubles for submitting the passport for visa stamping.
Send CSE to ND Visa office and use word urgent in your message. You will get a reply within a day. If you will not hear anything from them thn go for medical and hope so it will not cause any problem. That is my guess but sure you will get reply from NDVO.Nik_0309 said:Urgent help required....
In the medical instruction form, my wife surname
mentioned is the surname before marriage..
I already updated her passport with my surname
and intimated the same to ndvo on 22nd
November..
but it seems dey did not updated in the file..
so should I proceed with the medicals and then
submit her both old and new passport ?
pls share ur thoughts

What do you say friends? What complexity do they found in our file..why this delay? :'(
Yes it is better idea to send the both passport and also when you will go for medical take both passport with you.Nik_0309 said:but if I proceed with her previous surname and carryon the medicals, would dat cause any problem ?
anyways I would need to send both the passports..
I went through some posts where applicants performed medical on their old passport and after one week of completing their medical formalities they applied for renewing their passport on urgent basis as their old pp was going to expire in few months. Further they sent the details of their new pp to their vo for updating their details.Nik_0309 said:Urgent help required....

I propose you should do so. ALL that is required for medicals is a valid ID for identification.Nik_0309 said:Urgent help required....
