Since the consultant is a registered one, we do not get updates directly. The consultant gets the details and his mail and contact details have been provided. Even if I try to send a mail, they might contact the consultant or reply to his mail id.
I am really caught up in this situation which is very tensioning.. Though we have got all the papers very genuine and also my husband and his reference person met and spoke, we dnt knw what is really going on...

if dos were genuinely NDVO ppl... they must have contacted ua consultant befr their visit... as his contact details are mentioned...

Infact this is only worrying us also. They r registered consultant. Till now they too have not faced such situation and even they are equally tensed.

Things will go in a positive direction. When all your papers r genuine, do not worry. The only thing suspicious r the consultants.
But we cant say anything confirmed. So have faith in god, u will definitely get through all of it, and will achieve your Canada dream.

It's been a long journey for me from 2006 first time I applied FSW and my application was returned in 2012 ( long 6.5 years of waiting - Backlog ), I applied again on 4th of June 2013 under NOC 1112, my documents has been returned on November 5th 2013 ( Cap Reached NOC 1112 )... My fight is still not over.. since I have experience in another field will apply in January 2014.

My patience is been tested and my perseverance has been immortal.

joe i know how it feels. Been through the same. Just that i was more proactive and i made it through and got my AOR this time. For you if everything fails...please try in gulf countries like Dubai and Kuwait. Its the next best thing. They have all the same stuff...technology, cars, food etc...only thing is the hot climate for 6 months. But since everywhere it is air-conditioned you won't feel the heat.

Well I have not heard of anything like this in the history that NDVO is visiting personally for background check. That too, 2 foreigners and 1 Indian searching for the office on the street and visiting for the background check all the way from New Delhi visa office to Chennai.

I totally agree with you. We havent heard anything like that from any of the forum members as yet.
There are so many members who have hired consultants but no instance reported of such a kind.
