Quite surprised CIC works on Sunday. I sent an enquiry about my application to CIC and got this reply today.

Application has been received and payment processed. File is currently awaiting review. You will be contacted in due course.

What does awaiting review mean? When I checked the status on ECAS it says in process. I have not received PER and AOR yet, not that I know what they are. Can anyone please explain the terms and also what it means to be awaiting review. Thanks for your kind help. You guys are stars on this forum.

Can someone please advise if there an any immunization requirements for landing in Canada? I am an applicant that currently resides in the USA. Thanks!

Have you done a search for the information? Qorax has a good thread on immunization and I am sure you could find something on the CIC site. If you are an American adult who was full immunized as a child, probably the only thing you would need is an up to date Tetanus diphtheria (Td) if you have not had a booster in the past 10 years. As always, not required, but a flu shot is advisable, too.

It seems that you have changed your job. You must inform to LVO about your change of job as well as address. You can send case specific inquiry to LVO through web form asking for the confirmation if your application has been arrived at LVO.

You must prepare an update indicating your job change as well as mailing address with related supporting documents and send it to LVO as soon as possible. Please note that this is not meant to collect more points but to inform LVO about your current work status and address so that processing of your application won't get delayed.

How could we know about that our file is transfeted to VO. About AOR etc....is all that informatiion come to know through ECAS...Please tell me...

Other query is that I applied through pakistan and mentioned local address. I am working here in dubai for more than 5 years and left dubai only for two months (during application time) for my Company visa change. Now again in dubai.

Please advise me whether I will request for address change or no need.....if yes then where and which office I have to adress, LVO or Sydney Intake office )...my VO is london but upto now only PER recieved and I dont know that file is tranfered or not........PLEASE GUIDE ME...

I guess you ecase status might be changed by now , because sikco is having AOR date near to yours.

Please update your ecase status so we can understand how much FIFO NDVO follow.

Hey buddy I'm sure we must have seen each other I was there at 2pm ...till 5 pm I was there with my wife... O god... we could have met...
Your consultation round was with Dr. Ram Shankar Mishra ....? I must say very supporting staff... my wife's BP got a bit high due to anxiety... they cooperated a lot with her... gave her water.. asked for tea etc... don't know why she got special privilege.. but at last everything was fine and smoothly done... ;D
Vicky I asked them how long it will take them to send our medical reports to the embassy ..they said 3 to 4 hours maximum.... ;D ;D

can you please tell us in which NOC you have applied. also mentioned mail details which you got from NDVO. if they have not mentioned ppt n rprf request than send CSE to them and i think they request you to for ppt m rprf at later stage.

How did you get ECAS status without PER, as your file no or UCI are there in PER only???

well this kinda scares me my cc was charged on 21 nov, got ECAS status (in process) but no PER yet !!!
other fellows who submited their apps on 12 sep (mine is 5 sep) Got their PER already
i've already sent them a case inquiry email but i feel worried now!!! do u know what happened to these 2-3 people??
