I am an Indian working in Saudi Arabia.I will be going to India on vacation for a month. My passport has been renewed at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Will it be wise to apply for PCC from India or should I apply from Saudi only.

Would recommend taking from Saudi.

It's has been a good week. I was notified on friday my process was completed. Visas have been issued for me and my wife. ECAS also has been updated to "decision made". (please update spreadsheet whenever possible)

I guess it's the end of a chapter and beginning of a bright new one.

Priya83, i'm sure you will be in the Cap and i'm sure i will also. We applied on the same day although i dont know if your application arrived before mine but i'l be looking out for your news on CC charge to know when to expect mine. Mine arrived at 14:02pm.

The next NOC update is going to give me a heart attack :-X ??? :-[

Some applicant in this forum got PER inspite of not mentioning Visa office name in Generic form.

I am also an Indian working in Saudi Arabia and I got India PCC from vfs- Riyadh in only 3 days.

I am a 29th october applicant anybody have any idea when will i get response from CIC. NOC 3143

hi guys i need some insights.. i submitted my documents last august and was received by CIO at the same month after 2 months i followed up my application
in my dismay CIO emailed me stated "no records of application found" i emailed them the tracking number got response last nov.27 stating that my documents has been received and awaiting for initial processing, my question is that will i need to wait for another 2 months for any response or PER? will they reconsider my application? because it was their negligence, as of now my CAP is filled already.. need insights on this... thanks guys..

Many thanks islandbabe.. I took a trip down the memory lane and remember the first time I saw your post and I now wonder what would we be without this platform; blind, frustrated and completely ignorant about our application and various aspects of immigration.
And now look where I am. Hell!! now I think I can be a consultant.
None of us know each other personally but the bond that has been created by exchanging thoughts and ideas is just so sweet that I don't think I will ever forget how helpful strangers can get. The thought that the place I am going to will also be your homeland is just so comforting that all my apprehensions that I initially had is greatly reduced.
