I am May 13th applicant and AOR date is 26/10/2013
I did not send PCC with application.
Now as NDVO applicants are getting MRs

1.should i send PCC to NDVO ?
or
Should i wait and sent PCC to NDVO when demanded?

2. What is the easier way to get PCC in Punjab (INDIA)
i.e. through passport seva kendra or from SSP office?

Im also in the same boat with shooting up blood pressures....but the thing we have to do is just wait, wait, and wait.....

The million dollar question and the unsolved mathematical calculation is....how NDVO is issuing MRs!!!!...unpredictable and absolutely inexplicable.....No FIFO...No order...Nothing....

I do accept that it depends on case to case...but how come June end files are processed first and initial May files r pended (at least they must know the status...it cannt be pend just like that)...this unpredictability is really mind blowing....

Just leave it to God's hands and His will...let him give whenever he wants....we have to just wait..wait...and wait...

I am hoping that next week we all will get good news....
