You can initiate the process to get the PCC from UK, get it ready and submit it as and when asked by VO.

PCC from UK take 10-15 days for normal service and 2-3 days for urgent. And your PCC will be valid because you are not going back UK again.

Hello Addy,

Have your degree been evaluated by a CIC listed organization? You must have original ECA report for your degree from one of CIC listed organization. You can choose only highest degree to get evaluated because you are going to get points only one highest education. Along with report, you must attach certified true copies of your degree and transcripts (if transcripts available). Following persons can certify the true copies of your documents as per CIC:

1. A Judge
2. A Magistrate
3. A Notary Public
4. An Officer of a Court of Justice
5. A Commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the person is living

You have to get true copies of your all supporting documents certified including the ones you mentioned, if all in English or French. Remember that the documents not in English or French, must be translated into English or French by a certified translator along with his/her affidavit. Refer to CIC Instructions guide of preparing your package.

I am sending my application from norway but i am national of pakistan.
Do i have to send Copies of Notraize educational documents or i can send them without any verification?
Secondly what about the identity documents ? i mean birhcertificates, marriage certificate etc, do i have to notrazie them also?

If you were living in Canada for more than one year at the time of submitting your application, you had the option of selecting CPP-O as your Visa Office. I am not sure if you can request to transfer your file from NDVO to CPP-O, seniors may be able to guide you.

i really need a help, Am an indian, but presently i stay in canada with student status, i have applied for FSWP with noc 3211 with my visa office that goes with NDVO,

Application sent was on May 29th 2013

File Transfered to NDVO on 29th August 2013

My ask is that since my file is with NDVO at the moment is it anyways possible to transfer my file to CPPO as i will be staying here in canada for long

My pr application is in process under 0211 category.visa office delhi. money debited August 21 and got a confirmation email too.my husband has to travel to Scotland for 4-6 months.i should travel along with him.i would like to know wether I should inform cic and what is the procedure ,will my pr processing be affected because of my travel

Processing will not be affected.. you don't need to inform until you get the medical request within that six months..
If you stay more than 6 months then you will have to produce fresh Police certificate...

Happy to see that Sept 12 applicant CC charged on 24 Nov (Page 2880 in this thread). Does it mean that the last CAP update (Nov 25) included Sept 12 applicants as well? I am under NOC 3142 (Sept 23 applicant) which is to be filled next and currently CAP reached to 272. :-\

By the way, have you got your ECA report for your degree? If you have original ECA report with you, you can give a try by sending the copy of your lost degree and certified true copy of your trasncripts along with an explanation letter that your degree has been lost and you are in process of obtaining another copy of your degree from your institution which might take 6 to 8 weeks. You can confirm in the letter that once you get the copy of your original degree from the institution, you will send the certified true copy of newly obtained degree. I am not expert but better to check with an experienced lawyer/consultant before following this procedure.

you're right Vedh, I seriously doubt if ANY consultant out there knows more than this forum. We have the LIVE and CURRENT information as far as FSW 2013 goes, and thanks to this forum and participants for that. I'd not rely on any consultant, better help each other by providing what best we know and all will benefit mutually. As for the frustration of wait, the main issue is not knowing how long the wait is going to be. This open ended, one side, autocratic approach by visa office has been affecting lives a lot (check other threads for frustration on that). We all have to plan so many things - our jobs, schools, things to sell, education, services....and not having any idea on when the D day will be is the main frustration. If we are told clearly by CIC and/or VO that it is going to take 4 months, 6 months, 12 months ..then we all can plan accordingly and frustration will be low. The issue is they keep extending the average processing time on will...from 12 months to 16 months to 19 months to 22 months ...and who is going to stop them if they update it again to say 29 months and so on... It is only good news (like the latest movement on MR) that brings some relief and hope..

Yeah perseverence that's right. But NDVO has only 2 holidays for Christmas and Boxing Day in december. Not everyone is gonna take whole of december off. There should be at least 50% staff working or how will they clear the FSW 2013 applications and the backlogs?

Documents Checklist says - you can send transcript if its available. (I dint send)
But to proof you've completed your master degree you must send the copies of your certificate and Original ECA report..

Since u said u lost your certificate, have u got the ECA report??
