Hello everyone

I am going to apply for NOC 2134

Today I got my IELTS results

Listening: 7.0, Reading 6.5: Writing: 8.5 Speaking : 8.0
Overall band is 7.5
I think I can claim total points of 21 for my language ability. Am I Right?
When I am calculating my self, total points I am getting is 71

i.e for Age : 12 (age is 30 years)
Experience : 15 (Experience is 8 years)
Language : 21 (L: 7, R: 6.5, W: 8.5, S: 8)
Education : 23 (Master's Degree)

Now I have every document with is with me i.e ECA Report, IELTS, Bank Docs and Employment Reference etc..

Now my query is that

1. If I apply now, I will be in the CAP limit for NOC 2134, I am observing the Trend of 2134 since july, It was moving bit slow @ 30 application per month.
2. IS my self calculated points are correct?
3. Where I can latest application kit and other stuff?
4. My Birth certificate is in English, but the stamp/ seal on it is in my native language Telugu. Is it OK? or I need to get the stamp also in English.

Seniors, Please clarify my queries?
I will be grateful to you guys if I get clarification from any one of you?

I sent my FSw2013 last week under NOC 2131. I know, they might have received enough applications..I am just trying my luck... 1 in 10000000 chances. Anyways,,,here are my details for the spreadsheet that you guys put together. I think it is splendid job whoever put together that spreadsheet.

Apply asap. There are two deadlines you have to meet:
1. You have to get in your application before the 300 cap
2. You have to get your application in before 5000 applications are counted towards FSW 2013.

We have 24 occupations listed in the Eligible occupation this year:
But 24 X 300 = 7200 But we have only 5000 intake this year.

Even if the caps are not filled in certain NOC, you will loose the race if you cant push in your application before 5000 overall limit.

It looks like ~2800 applications are in by September (my guess) towards the total 5000.
I would say even the petroleum engineers (total count =4) should be on their toes to get their application in asap.

This is not to scare you but to let you know that no NOC is in a comfortable situation at this stage. Not even the petroleum engineers.

2. I would say trust your calculations and put it in.

4. Birth certificate should be fine as the details about your birth are mentioned both in english and Telugu. They are not bothered about the name of the panchayat officer.

No harm in sending your application afterall you've struggled hard to get all these documents. So send it asap.

Why do you take the risk of not even translating in English. It's just a matter of one hour to get it translate. I know, any good certified translator would even mention the seal. Translate it, pack the courier and send it before evening by UPS as they are having great services in Nova Scotia.

Dey r fake and you should beware of such thievs, ielts test is compulsary to send along with application.
