Fear Factors of a FSWP Applicant (FSWP Syndrome) :-\

Fear 1 - Forms filled were updated or not specially "Schedule 3"; "Checklist" & "Generic Form" etc
Fear 2 - Forms were completed or not
Fear 3 - Names in local language were written after printout or not
Fear 4 - Forget to write N/A in a blank fields
Fear 5 - Another document instead of Birth Certificate
Fear 6 - Credit Card issue from issuing Bank
Fear 7 - Signed the forms at the end or Not
Fear 8 - Form Half computer filled & half pen filled acceptance (incase of small filling area)
Fear 9 - Correction/cutting on Demand Draft but signed by issuing person to make it correct
Fear 10 - Picture size was acceptable or not
Fear 11 - Stapled the forms

I have a question about filling blank fields. How much of a blank fields i have to fill? I meanfor example SCHEDULE A in Given Name it has 2 rows for name, i filled 1 row (with my name) in a second row i haven't filled anything- is it ok?

Name of my Mother mentioned on my passport is not her maiden name but her name after her marriage ie her current name. So do we have to proactively intimate them about her maiden name if we missed it?

NO. That's what I'm trying to explain. Whatever your mother's name is in one form, it should be as per the passport.

Let's suppose there is a table which is not applicable to you. On the first row of that table write N/A, that's enough to make them understand that they should not read below and move on to next applicable column. It doesn't mean you will fill each and every blank tab; just enough so they understand.

Why bother? Already paid them to do their job on making sure that I will not have problems in my application. I wont waste my time on their talk *censored word* again. they swore all my forms are up to date before we sent our papers.

You are right and I appreciate your calmness. I just enquired as your consultant's response would clarify the fears of lots of us who have used the older version of generic form. God forbid, in the highly undesired worst case of rejection on this basis, we would be prepared with the newer version of form meanwhile to save time for reapplying. I pray and strongly wish that CIO accept older generic form version as the information is almost the same.

With regard to forms, I was not able to sign SCHEDULE 3 IMM 0008 (05-2013) E because I had my documents submitted May 16th. My agent prepared documents IMM 0008 - (04-2013) E and allowed me to sign it on May 16th in which all my documents were successfully sent on the same day. The changing of the forms was done May 17th. My documents were just submitted one day advance before the change of SCHEDULE 3 took effect.

I was being informed of this seemingly bad news by my agent yesterday. I can't blame my agent as well for the FSWP was opened May 4th.

What implications might be given to my application because of this event?

I am sure Schedule 3 form was updated on May 04th. Your agent is not right in claiming the form was updated on May 17th. On May 17th it was just the document check-list which got updated and that too didn't ask for any additional information.

pls help me islandbabe in this situation....about police clearance..i got both police clearance from my country of residence and UK just few days later i sent my app to cic....now i m not worrying abt police clearance from my country of residence as i can manage it...however do i need another police clearance from uk when cic asks for it as im not living in uk or the one i already ordered will do the job. FYI the uk police clearance was created on 25th of april 2013...plz help

It's quite common. I guess this might not be the reason for rejection. Could be reason for a delay. As if I remember correctly, on the Background declaration form, they have specifically asked for the Mothers Birth Name instead of Current Name. But in the family information form, they have given no specific instruction and hence can be used her current name. So, they can verify / cross-check the reference. IF it goes through all stages, than local VO might ask for further clarification.

Thanks ppl for replying back to me so quickly....I am stressed for the fact that, my Mother in laws name is written different in my husband's proof of birth certificate i.e. his 10th pass certificate...and then in the passport its different....so passport info is different from bith certificate..thts my worries
Shud I have submitted an affidavit......
Could this lead to NER???
All these mind BOGGLING questions pooping in myhead...i can hardly sleep

I am using an agent from canada. Excellent i should say! I would verify each and every minor details and very quick.He is in India right now.I am not doing marketing for him but he is really top notch in services as he wont leave any corners and would verify himself plus by 3 memebers in his office.If you are interestred mail me or pm me i would try to put him in your contact.
