I searched in the forum but couldn't find... ::)

How good is to spend from PoF, we showed at our application? I am thinking to withdraw about 50,000 CAD of the 250,000 CAD, I showed at the application. I found some good value apartments for investment. I am thinking to invest on these. What do you think on using the funds?

By the way, my application was received on May 29th, 2013.

Thanks in advance, guys... ;)

I think you just need to keep the minimum required fund required by your application and i think you are already keeping so much more than required.

The only thing maybe will be required is to show why this amount has been withdrawn (for money laundry enquiry) and it won't be a problem for you, you can show them the new appartment contract then... in my opinion, you have nothing to be afraid of.

Hey guys.
New member to this forum.
I sumbitted a FSW application in June 2013 but am still waiting for a response from CIC.
I've tried emailing CIC to see if I have been issued with a client ID but am not having much luck.
Anyone in the same boat?
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Dear Amir_Ali,
You are eligible to apply for NOC2131, and although the procedure of application takes much efforts, there is no necessity to use agents. But you will not fit within the cap of this NOC, because after preparing your documents you will be ready to apply not sooner than early November, while this NOC will definitely be cap reached with applications of early October. So prepare yourself for FSW2014 next year... ;)

Thanks for your response :)
Actually my college itself is a university (deemed university) and I already hold the transcript provided by my university which is in a sealed envelope. Is this OK??
One more clarification, There is a field of "signature of student" which is kept blank and sealed.. will this make any problem?

Thanks

Hi Chintan 88,

I had similar situation in my WES document submission. I signed my WES form & Transcript page as my college sent it through courier to me. After signing it i sent it back to college. Then Dean of Exams signed and stamped it and sent to WES.

There is no straight answer to your question but WES generally insist on this.

I hope WES accept it as you have sent.

Hi

As I have mentioned my file is already received by CIC on 22 Aug under NOC 0211. When I applied I was working under NOC B category and attached my employment offer letter with it.

But now the circumstances have changed, I have got job in my engineering filed as an IT Manager. How can I update this information with my existing file with CIC.

Please suggest!!!

Many thanks!!!!

Dear Canadahello,
You are already out of the cap of this NOC, so be ready for receiving your rejected application within next month... ;)

ADVICE NEEDED FROM EXPERIENCED EXPERTS AND INFORMED SENIORS.

Hello dear forumites, I got my PER on the 19th August 2013 for an application filed on 27th May 2013 FSW1 and before this and till now my application for leave to remain in the UK has been with the UK home office. This UK leave extension have no fixed time of response or perfect assurance of success. Due to the way this has stagnate me professionally so far, I am planning of stopping the application by withdrawing my passport which simply means relocation to my country of citizenship. My country of citizenship is controlled by another Canadian visa office (ACCRA VO) different from where my FSW application is and being processed right now which is LVO. I know this may tend to have some effect on my FSW1 application which is already in progress and it means so much to me more so that my present UK application is without solid assurance of success.

I need experienced/expert ADVICE on the better option to take regarding relocation timing considering the FSW1 LVO processing stages and giving very little consideration to my UK application. Please also answer the following questions below:

1. Will London VO transfer my file to the visa office covering my country of citizenship i.e Accra VO?
2. Will this relocation have any effect whatsoever on my application process bearing in mind that I am relocation to my country of citizenship which is covered by a different Visa office (VO) Accra.
3. After I leave, do I only need to change my address to a different one in the my country by contacting LVO or there is more to it?
4. I got an advice that I only need a good copy of my international passport for Medical examination with specified practitioner in the UK and not the original passport, I will like further verification on this please.
5. At what point is it best to change this address or relocate? Is it right now i.e after PER which I got already or after medical MR before passport request?

Thank you and God bless all the forumites.

Hello GisG,

Please, send a change of address letter to the London VO at Macdonald House 1 Grosvenor Square London, W1K 4AB .Also remember to do RoyalMail redirection to direct your correspondence to your new address in Africa to avoid losing your important documents including your MR that may be posted by London VO. The LONDON VO will not transfer your file and application to ACCRA VO based on experience of former applicant and a friend who relocated but with the change of address he was to complete his fswp and got the PR visa.

Actually, I am thinking to withdraw the money and give to my father and he will own the house. The reason is, I don't want to spend time with that, when I want to sell 5-6 years later, when I am in Canada. I will be just the money supplier..:) My father will own the title officially. So, I can not show the contract.

Anyway, I got the idea. That will not be a big problem in any case, I guess. Thank you, Freebird_76... ;)
