I have received my PER. waiting for my AOR. When is best time order GCMS? Also what is the benefit of getting it?I guess it is required only when you have an interview....please correct me if i am wrong...

CIC checks IELTS validity of 2 years as on application signing date or as on their initial check date ie after 3 months of filing the application

But you need someone in Canada to apply on your behalf. Else you'll have to use 3rd Party site.

The benefit is to know how CIO have assessed your file, and how many points they have given you, before sending your file to the VO.
Not related to interview.

Payment for PRF

I had the same problem. All you need to do is to go to the CIC web site and select pay fees from inside of Canada.
You will be able to see that this will land you at the same URL as they gave us in the email but with a properly functioning web page.

As u all know my file got reject because as per CIC my foreign education was not equivalent to Canadian education.
i have a Bachelors degree in computer application from integral university.
integral university is a private university registered under UGC. but WES gave me a report of ECA i.e. 3 years post secondary education from non- recognized institute.

I m fighting for my rights... finally WES said they will look into the matter again and will reply me in 7 days. they will re-check my docs.

If my ECA report gets corrected can i ask CIC to again look into my file.. because WES has given me wrong ECA.
Can they again include me in FSW-2013.
or i have to wait for next year..

i have my UCI and file number.. on line status is decision made.
and i will not get my file and fee back.

any suggestions ?

Hi Seniors,
My app according to my consultant was delivered on 18th June, however he is not providing me with courier details to prove it.
When I emailed CIC, they replied no record of my submission. No charge till now on my CC also,
Update from CIC on 4th Oct mentioned cap filled for 2147, any ideas by when the cap was filled, is there a possibility of July/Aug applicants to fall within the cap?
My app is also no yet returned, not able to understand what is going on.......suggestions plz

I asked the same question but didn`t get any answer. I am in the same position, my application was received on 22 july in Sydney, Nova Scotia. At which visa office did you send your documents?

I m from India and my file was rcvd on 5th June it was returned on 8th august by snail mail and i got it back on 25th september nearly fifty days.
