From pumaca to CK007 there are 73 applicants out of them around 54 got PER from Spreadsheet. Its nearly 75% not 29%. Some had rejections and some might be out of forum. Comparing with global apps 180 its 30% members present in the forum.

oh ..now i understand the scenario ...
that means if i calculate as per 30% of the global applications, out of 120 seats left under NOC 2132, jst 40 seats are available for me...

its worse than i thought .... :

Just to correct, I did not receive PER mail from CIO. When I sent a status inquiry email on 4 September, They replied back on 28 Sep saying my file was awaiting a review by an officer. This leads me to believe that they had not sent any PER and the file was still at CIO

As per this, you didn't receive PER. Without PER (and of course No File # or UCI #) how could you able to log on to ECAS? Just an inquiry, that will answer many questions.

can anybody help this guy out?
the link they gave him to pay RPRF is down and gives the below error (idicating their linux server interface is down)
i think that's why they are in real need for the 2174 NOC to fix this ;D

I had the same problem. All you need to do is to go to the CIC web site and select pay fees from inside of Canada.
You will be able to see that this will land you at the same URL as they gave us in the email but with a properly functioning web page.

Passport Request....

Hi Everyone,

I want to share the good news with everyone.

I was out of station last week and I did not have any cyber contact with anyone. It was a real good break.
This morning I landed back and had a pleasant surprise to receive an E mail from CPPO. In fact the mail had come on Friday the 11th Oct.
They want my passport and two recent photos.

I have lot of errands to do now.

As before, I shall append the detailed message received from CPPO for the benefit of Forum members in the evening.

It seems he had received the file number from CIO for an enquiry email

No PER received yet. I had sent an inquiry about status to CIO on 4 Sept. And they replied after 26 days saying my file was awaiting a review by an officer. The email had my UCI and File number mentioned though

OK. Let me clear the confusion:

01. My application was received by CIO on 6 June 2013 (as per DHL proof of delivery)

02. My CC was charged on 20 August 2013 (I got sms from my bank)

03. I got my UCI number from CIC over the phone on 26 August 2013.

04. On 31 August I was able to login to ECAS. It showed: "In Process". On clicking "In Process", it showed: "We received your application for permanent residence on June 6, 2013."

05. On 4 September 2013, I sent an email to CIO for status check.

06. On 29 September 2013, i got a reply from CIO regarding my email. It mentioned my application number as E000XXXXXX. It said that my file is currently awaiting review by an officer. The email was signed off by "JT, Client Service Unit, CIO, Sydney, NS, Canada."

07. On 12 October 2013, I logged in ECAS in the morning and it only said like before: "In Process".

08. On 12 October 2013, I logged in ECAS in the evening and it said: "DECISION MADE". When I clicked on this, it had three lines inside:

We received your application for permanent residence on June 6, 2013.

We started processing your application on October 9, 2013.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
