Hi all, just read Marta's material and begins to worry now, In generic form, for the Question of UCI and CSQ, I did not choose yes or no because both are not applicable, but I also did not input NA as the whole form need to validate and becomes grey. So...will this becomes incomplete and be returned? Have seen discussion somewhere but forget the result.

The generic form is intelligent and you cannot submit until it allows itself to validate fully. If it did allow you to validate without raising any concerns, you are good to go. This is what I feel.

I'm sure most of us would have left it blank, if not all.

In additional family information i didn't write my name in my native language, while for my parents and siblings i did write their name in native language and english....is that going to be counted as incomplete?

Is it possible that i send another additional family form now and write a cover letter why i am sending this form..

Guys I have question regarding Marta's refusal letter from CIC.
From Appendix C it looks like Marta was rejected ONLY because she did not submit New Schedule 3 form. My guess is that she also used the old version of the Generic form since her application reached NS at the 6th of May and this form got changed around 4-5th of May.
But this form (Generic form) is not highlighted as missing on the enclosed Appendix C.
What I am trying to say and ask is do you think that they accepted Marta's old Generic form?
My application is signed and dated 4th of May with old Generic form (which content is not changed only the footer date) and my application reached NS on the 9th of May.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The forth link is the New Schedule 3 IMM 0008 form. Did they send it to Marta as specimen copy? or you guys have attached it for the benefit of the members of the forum.

I fear that too!! But if the theory of form dates is to be believed, then I think it'll pass as Marta's did.
But then, in the back of my mind, it's just a checklist. It doesn't really carries applicant information but what all is attached with the main application. May be that's why they did not mention it on Marta's results because they had another more important point to highlight. Man, another reason to worry now. If they couldn't find any reason to reject but an older checklist, then they will reject. I'm going crazy all over this and my head is bursting into flames ever since I heard that sad news.

I need to be off this forum and thoughts for some time till my head cell membranes repair to normal.

Now we have all the possible reasons of rejection. This should help us access our applications ourselves and see where all we have gone wrong. (or is too late already?)

Do you think that Appendix C refers to ALL possible reasons for rejection???

I guess Marta and Jizyy uploaded all the pages. I had rejection in 2012 for higher studies in Canada and the reply structure look similar. There may be more pages but only these guys can confirm.

If they had any objection on the the Checklist, they would have stated in Marta's Letter.

The current document checklist and the previous one has the same footer date. Hope they don't reject the previous one.

Need advice from you.
I do not have any family name in my passport.
Only my name 'rajbir kaur' is written under given names in my passport.
But
In the generic application form immi0008. When I put my name 'rajbir kaur' under given names, left the family name field empty, the from didn't validate, asking for family name. So in order to validate the form, I just wrote 'Rajbir' under the given names and put 'kaur' under the family name field in the 0008 generic form. But, as I told in my passport all i have is 'rajbir kaur' written under given names and family name field is empty. So would this be a problem. Could my app be rejected because of this. Am I ok or not ?
Beacuse in the generic form it is witten in brackets given name(exactly as shown in your passport) and family name ( exactly as shown in your passport )
What should have been the correct way of filling this information? Seniors please advise
