yes its bit hard to find nice agent.. but keep trying.. i think its better to give a try at 3 pm (nova scotia ) timings..

Follow this order, make sure you hear the number before pressing it.

English...........= 1
Foreign Affairs.= 2
Immigration.....= 2
Call Transfer......
English...........= 1
Status...........= 2
PR Card..........= 2

They'll put you on hold for about 6 - 20 minutes.

Anahus, my application arrived on 25th June and I am in the same category with you NOC 2263.
My CC has not been charged despite those who submitted on 28th June now getting served.
I am really worried guys............... Any ideas what may be my situation?

Dear, I am in a confused state as well.My DD has been encashed on 4th Sep.I finally obtained my UCI yesterday after calling CIC for the umpteenth time and after yesterday's cap update the status became 'We have received your application for PR on June 13th, 2013'.Still NO PER.I am confused about 2263,feel it is a very slow NOC(but cap is being updated!).I suggest we all wait.CC for 2263 has also been charged for those who submitted on 28th June (can't see on spreadsheet)?

I have sent my application but by mistake I sent it with photo copy of ECA Report not original.. My application will be rejected or can they ask for original ECA.. Or can I send it separately as a proactive measure... I do not know my UCI..If I will have to send then how can I send it..

select
1 for English then
1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to CIC then
1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked listen the request 3 times without entering client id number
remember they might tell you we don't have access to the system, you should call them 1 more day, if they says again try it again.
tell them i have an application in progress and i want to know the client ID number.

Worry not, actually what I've understood is ppl may get PER anywhere from same day to 4 months after encashment. I was worried too, but eventually got it after 35 days, and since then actually saw some others to receive PER even a lot later than me.

I seriously doubt that second top spot to "Web Developer".... its not believable at all.
