And its damn sure that we are out of this game as all CC/DD charges end on 31st may itself. What a hell
they are doing with our application they can send it back to us soon right so that we can plan for our next move...

I got the exact same email, saying my application cant be found and to wait 3-4 weeks to be out on the system. I sent mine June as well. I received that reply on 30.08, after 20 days waiting as usual. I am hoping to hear from CIC this week as it will be 3 weeks since that email, its been 3 months now since I applied!!

I just got a reply from CIO two hours ago for answering my previous enquiry about the application status (sent on 20th Aug). It says:

Dear Sir/Madam:

Re: UCI# 909*****

Your application # is E000******. Your file is currently awaiting processing. Notification will be sent in due course.

And I just checked it online with the UCI#, the ECAS status is showing "In Process" with only one sentence of "We received your application for permanent residence on June 25, 2013."

Does that mean my PER is on the way? I still do not know if my dd has been charged or not. Please help to confirm!

This is the first news from LVO, thanks to xp4com, the below email was received on 6th Sep. It means that LVO is working, and soon people will receive emails from LVO.

One surprising thing is app received date for xp4com was 5/24/2013, but others who submitted earlier then this date have not been contacted so far. So please keep posting, if you receive emails from LVO.

I believe they do something silimar like CIC - competency check. E.I. if they need any additional documents, etc ... Once that's passed, application will be placed in a Medical Request queue. Otherwise it doesn't make sence to me ...

Hi guys,

I am reading some other forum discussion sites and I found out that one person (FSW 2013 applicant) from Johannesburg has already received his passport back with PR visas stamped. The time line is in his signature. His user name is Charl&Wouter.

It seems that some visa offices are working faster but I can't find any official link related to instructions that says 12 months is maximum processing time for FSW 2013.

Nopes no communication from them...i know for a face that they dont send PERs and AORs...
so have to wait for interview call/MR/or any other xyz news...

nithyaindia: No I didnt send another email, because it takes another 20 painful days to wait for their reply, and probably be told the same thing. So I am not contacting them at all, and waiting to see what happens when this 3 or 4 week waiting game ends..I'll post an update if I receive any tho.

Because it seems like their status does not change. And there are applicants who submitted later, but have received their PER already.

WOW, that was a lucky quick application
my application was delivered even almost 9 days before him/her and till now i didn't get anything from my Local Visa Office and i am not expecting to get anything from them soon
