What is the quickest and easiest way to get PCC from India?

I live in the US and got it done from the local embassy but now I need it for my wife. Not sure what is the exact process and what is acceptable by CIC/ NDVO.

I am 17 july applicant for NOC 2147 what are my chances, as I can see someone on the forum predicted 250-260 for this NOC and CIC hasn't finished june applicants

I think, If next CAP update is on Monday/Turesday:

0211 will be around 145-150
2132 will be around 130-140
2147 will be around 230-250

Well my guess would be
2132 around 120-130
2147 around 210-220

My common law partner (as a principal applicant) and I submitted under 2147 and our application was received by CIC on August, 28th.
We really hope we can make the CAP.
How soon should we wait for any response from the CIC side?

since u paid by CC, u may expect an indication a little earlier if ur CC got charged

Well, I'm kind of nervous now because I see a lot of July applicants and they are worring about CAP under 2147...so the "179" applications under 2147 mean not just # of obtained full packages, but those whos applications are in process? And we, end of August applicants, might not get into quota....

First of all thank you ..... Well i actually received the PER email long back...(you can find my excitement i think 80-90 pages back LOL)

I was just waiting for an AOR...but instead i received this reply....so even a wave from CIC is good right?
