dear you can wait at least a week before asking, they are still processing 3rd week of June!! dont stress your self and just pray to get an email notification for PER ;)

why CIC is taking that long time to give PER/NER?

One reason, i can think is: i am main applicant and i have also submitted my wife's job information.
she belong to Medical laboratory technicians and pathologists' assistants (3212).

I think there is some other confusion which you are not able to remember, otherwise CIC has messed up with your apps...
