I have heard of London VO apps being transferred to Paris VO. However, this was not due to strike but more to do with workload. The only benefit you can have is if/when your file is transferred to CPP-O as they are not affected by strike action.

Yeah you are right CPP-O might be the only salvation since Paris VO is also on strike. the only thing i am sure about is that they wontt risk another backlog because the tax payers And opposition won't have mercy on them this time they are already pissed off from the earlier backlog, the new cap limit and the new restrictions added to the FSWP 2013. I think the one year promise is still valid no matter what

pending transactions list. Transaction date is 09/05/2013. I am a 2147 applicant and my
application reached CIC on 06/20/2013.
