So far I am also confused about their way of letting know about failed candidate as they have not replied any of my e-mail and when I have called them they said you will get this information only by e-mail.

Does anybody know if someone got refused after he got UCI .

Sent the file again with payment mode as DD in CAD ..... File was received by Dexter today 9:28 A.M.. Hoping that I am still in the CAP...

Nope! I am still waiting too, I applied June 15th. I have also emailed CIC and should get a reply today (today is the 20th day, 30/08). I'll update here if I hear from them, good or bad.

Ya I got my UCI which I got on phone and they said they can not provide more information, if I need I have to e mail CIC, which I did but automated reply said it will take 20 days for reply of my quarry.
My application reached there on 3rd June 2013 at 14:49 received by Dexter

Ok lets hope there is nothing wrong and only delay in deducting fees
In case bank have declined transaction of CC for how long CIO will try again to charge CC?
As this situation came in my mind just now as a possibility.
I will also inquire to my bank if this has happened or not with my case

Just be patient. Till you dont get any written confirmation from CIO stating your file is accepted or otherwise you cant be sure. If You have sent all your documents there should be no reason for rejection. As for RGUHS graduates, the UNIV is recognized by Canadian institutions so there shouldnt be any issues with your academic records.All d best.
