It is MANDATORY to fill the travel form and send it with your application in order to pass the 1st stage of the completeness check. There is a clear provision on the form IMM5562e to mention if you did not travel at all. Not enclosing the form at all creates a very logical assumption by the CIO officer that you have FORGOTTEN to include the form.

"List all trips you have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since your 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc. If you did not travel outside your country during this period, check “did not travel”.

I sent a mail on 31st July 2013 to ask for my status of app and I got a following reply before two days:

Good afternoon.

I can find no record of your office having received your submission. Can you please confirm if the processing fees have been transacted.

I don't understand the actual status. I think my file has not be reviewed atleast.

No it wasn't registered.

Then I am quite sure that you have to get a court order from a 1st Class Magistrate instructing the Birth & Death dept. to register the birth as a fresh entry. Please carry all proofs like 10th cert. etc. to your local court or to a lawyer and he can do this for you easily.

You can also contact http://www.alliedlegalonline.com/. They help to get such docs legally.

I think June 1st week and 2nd week apps only started getting payment deductions from last week. Please hold on. You might hear good news soon.......

Well in my case I had the handwritten one, big hug to my parents for that

In your case, process is almost the same, I remember when I was standing in the line @ MCD office, the person next to me had the same case.

From any notarized office make one affidavit, they know the language. Take this along with your original and copy of the 10th certificate and then rest of the process is same as I have mentioned before.

it might CIC doesn't updated details of files after CAP reached...

Make one affidavit, go to your local MCD office with the handwritten BC issued by the hospital at the time of your birth, file the case that you want computerized BC with name endorsed on that,fill up the form there is small amount of fees and after 10- 15 days you will get the computerized BC.
The process I have followed to get it mine from Delhi.

You are absolutely right, I had applied in the same zone as my hospital is. Though not staying in the same zone now.
You have to go to the same MCD or SDM zone, better go to MCD, they have big team there as compare to SDM office.
