App received 17 june
Noc 3211 :D :) ;)
Congratsssssssssssssssssss!!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)

Does it mean that CIC is currently reviewing document received on or after June 17th ? Not sure whether they are reviewing document based on the datetime irrespective of NOC code or they sort files based on NOC code and then review one by one based on date? Anyone know whats the logic behind this

Make one affidavit, go to your local MCD office with the handwritten BC issued by the hospital at the time of your birth, file the case that you want computerized BC with name endorsed on that, fill up the form there is small amount of fees and after 10- 15 days you will get the computerized BC.
The process I have followed to get it mine from Delhi.
Hope it helps

Hi

Quoting from the following official link for procedures of processing FSW2013 applications:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06c-eng.pdf

Pg.10

"Note: Applications are date stamped upon receipt at the CIO and then checked for completeness in order by date of receipt. The “application received” date at the CIO is the lock-in date. Processing offices should therefore maintain the application received date from the time of the applicant’s initial submission to the CIO, and process the application to conclusion."

The above quote clearly establishes guidelines for CIO and Visa offices (Processing offices) to process applications in a specific order and not randomly. Within that specific order, some cases might be faster or slower depending upon case specifics.

Well, your comments make sense, DD is somehow safer than CC... I was too eager to get my PER, probably I should not blame my DD payment choice...
I understand ..it happens annie..this process of immigration is such an important decision and it is natural for a person to be worried at each step . Many hopes and dreams are associated with this process. so enjoy this moment and ur success at the first step of getting PER.
I wish u good luck for future.

Well in my case I had the handwritten one, big hug to my parents for that ;)

In your case, process is almost the same, I remember when I was standing in the line @ MCD office, the person next to me had the same case.

From any notarized office make one affidavit, they know the language. Take this along with your original and copy of the 10th certificate and then rest of the process is same as I have mentioned before.

All the best.

Thanks for the clarification.. So if I my understanding is correct then CIO is processing the applications received on or after June17 because one of the forum member stated that he got the PER for application received on Jun 17th.So my guess is that either CIO is processing the applications faster or the application received count is decreasing day by day thats why they are moving to next dates much faster. Thoughts ???

But isn't PCC issued from passport office from where u had applied for passport?
Hi

Please refer to the following link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/india.asp

It is clearly mentioned that PCC issues from police authorities and passport offices are both accepted.

There is absolutely no confusion......
