Most probably you would get it today or tomorrow as most of the PER received yesterday was ppl whose app reached on 6th! Keep checking your email... Our prayers are with you!

There were few small errors on birth certificates of spouse and children, I went to local union council in Karachi they have removed the error and provided me with new computerized BCs from NADRA, my CC is already charged when should I provide these BCs ? After getting PER? The one with error were sent with application..

Thanks for the information.. the reason why I asked is this is becasue out of my 8 years exp i worked for 2 employers ( first 1.1 with one and remaining 7+ with my current employer). Unfortunately I am not sure whether the old industry is still there or not as it was very small and running with around 30 employees at that time. When I tried to contact them before submitting the application I didnt got any reply and also their website seems to be not working so not sure whether that employer is still there or not.Will that be a problem?.

No problem past 6 years of work exp is more than enough because you are claiming 15 points for that. There should not be any prob in that 6 years

Hi can anyone advise, how to get UCI number. I saw few people mentioned that they got it over the phone? My application reached CIO on 5th June and no news thereafter.

simply call the number, tell the agent that i have an application in progress and i need my client ID no. She will ask you your DOB, Name and will search in the database.

To know the status of your application by calling cic from outside canada
dial - 0016139444000
select 1 for English
then 1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to cic
then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked
listen the request 3 times without entering client id number

Hi,

I suggest that PCC should be taken one month well in advance as not every time you get PCC on the same day. It actually works like this - if someone have taken PCC in last two years then they will issue PCC on the same day, however, if PCC was taken more than two years later then Policy inspection take place and normally it takes one month in India.

Also, if someone have new passport or any police inquiry was done through passport authority then also PCC is issued on the same day.

Dear Jatpunjabi, as per document checklist, the PCC can be submitted along with application. It remain valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance. If VO process your case within one year then you are not suppose to submit the PPC again. However one can also submit the PCC upon receipt of MR. in India PCC can be obtained from Regional Passport Office on same day. Thus I would suggest you to wait for MR.

FOR NOC 2132 it is taking too much time to move from 6th June. Updated IVRS speaks my application reached on 7th of june but eCAS fail to show updation, No news from CIO as mode of payment is DD.

I know patience is key but loosing it... HARD to stay on border....

As per experiences shared here, IVR update is a positive sign... your PER should be on its way .. hold on tight

praying for a friendly update of CAP limits by CIC tomorrow... NOC 2147 should not cross 150 pleaaaaseeeeee... some of us applied in July and pray for CICs Mercy. fingers crossed and praying harrrrrrrrrd. Already dreaming about Landing in Canada in a few months 8) God please let this dream come through.
