Both TALF AND DELF is authourised and approved by FSW AND Quebec for French examination.
Yes I got 4 points for TALF. I am my wife both has got score in TALF. and pass DELF A2 as well. Appearing for DELF B1 level on 5th June.

What is TALF?! i think DELF A2 or B1 won't qualify you to get the 4 points for the second language, right?!

No..No..No..Dear..Its not like that!

Immigration (CIC) is not having control over any applicant ( principal or dependant's) choice whether He/She want to stay permenant or temporary or she/he want to come with student visa.

They treat this as Individuale choice.

For Example, My wife has got master degree and she started process for Phd program in canada though we planned to migrate for quebec and started learning French language. However in mean time FSW process came in and we both applied for FSW individually and we both are dependent candidate in each other files too.

You wont find answer of your question easily on CIC website,therefore you send email CIC and clarify the same. I did the same thing. Its clear and final guide!

But to me there is not problem in making two files one is for FSW and other is for student visa.

Though I am my wife has applied for FSW we are thinking to apply for student visa for coming December slot of admission!!

Dear All,
I've got a question if anyone of you can answer that for me. My wife is a dentist and she plans to study at some Canadian university in the next six months or so. One of her hospital colleague has told her that she cannot apply for a student visa while my immigration application with her as the dependent is under process. The argument her colleague has given is that you can only have one route of entry into Canada.

I've told her that it's hard to imagine this because it seems fairly illogical that she has to wait the entire time until a decision comes on my application before she can apply for a student visa. But she still wants me to get this clarified.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Hi everybody, I've got a question. I want to apply for skilled worker 2013 as a computer programmer or a computer engineer but I need to wait almost 2 months for my IELTS transcript.... I know it's not predictable but is there anybody experienced enough here that can guess if it will be fulled by that time or not? I just wanna make sure if it's worthwhile to try because I live in Ottawa now and I have to go back to my country to prepare documents. I can apply for one of these fields: 2147, 2174

Avoid 0008DEP if you have one kid. Not required to send it to CIC

I think that's for people who have more kids/ dependants than it can actually fit into Generic form

PLEASE MAKE SURE ISSUE DATE OF YOUR DD SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIVING YOUR FILE BY CIC.

IF IT CROSS 30 DAYS RE-ISSUE THE DD AND SEND IT TO CIC WITH YOUR FILE.
