I think they are just receiving now. I can't think of any other explanation. That brings me back to my previous question, if they are only receiving, why would they receive after caps are filled? That gives me some hope that maybe the caps arent filled. Wishful thinking.

CIC is still not open any package by considering no news on forum about CC cganging by cic...And in 2011 they were taken avarage 70/80 days to responde after package received...

So appliaiton cleared first stage of document check, only those applicaitons are considered with in CAP...so currently cic will only receiving applications..

Hello everyone,
I have sent my education documents to WES for reveiw and in reveiw since 26 May. I fall in NOC 2145. Self calc points with wife ielts= 77 & without wife ielts= 72. I hav registered my wife for ielts and will get her results by 22 June. New passport maybe available as soon as 14 june. However if i dont include my wifes ielts i maube able to apply on 14 june. If i wait for wife ielts i have to apply by end of june.

What do u guys recommend?

I think u shouldnt delay for a single day...U should apply with ur score only , as u have already passed mark(67)...and doesnt matter what is ur score over this. Moreover u can add the score of ur spouse later once u have the UCI no from CIC. U will be counted the additional Score 5 of ur spouse when u submit later to cic corresponding to ur UCI no.....

Doont wait for process get over.
just apply new passport and get visa on new passport.
This will be easy for you in future as well.

Hi fsw2174....I have already sent my documents with marriage certificate but neither my wife passport nor mine was renewed after marriage(to add spouse name in my passport)....Shall I get it modified now both the passports or shall I wait for this process to get over????
