she do not have access to my file , as she told me and guide me that i have to wait till 2nd sept to know the status , and also told that it will take atleast 10 week to know the status

I dont think so. I called up from Magicjack app from Iphone. Any calls to US & Canada are free with Magic Jack app. Or you can try Google Hangout!

I installed Magicjack in HTC Sensation but whenever I dialing any canadian number it says "u reached ymax mication test number, the call was not successful." what exactly it is?

Hello,
I was in same situation. My payment was taken on May 2nd & issued PER on July 31st. I applied in FSW with arranged employment though. Do not worry, they might be doing some more research on your application. I was informed by CIO via email that my file was reviewed by immigration officer so i think that is why it got delayed. Lets be optimistic & if you believe you supplied required information you will get PER soon. Its just that they are putting more scrutiny on your application which causes delay. Hope this would help.

Same dilema i am facing now, i have not receive PER email though In process as shown in ECAS, If you will rely on what has written in diagram we already pass our eligibility review if its in process. however, i can not understand why they keep us waiting since they already charged and should give us prompt decision whether PER or NER. It is really stressful to check every time our mails, We should call center and finds out if our email in the system is correct, or if they sent out any correspondence to us and by accidentally it was deleted or for other reasons. CIC owes us explanation as 10 weeks past already. Its very obvious something is wrong in our application because while some are getting PER in which submitted after your files received in CIC but they have to inform us. Sorry if am so negative but i am still hoping for good news in the soonest time.

Hello everyone,

Just rang CIC and this time it was quick, the call got answered by a lady within a couple of mins. This was my 4th attempt to extract some information from them. I asked the lady about my application and she started with the same old story, that she hasn't got any information and wont be able to help me out.
I insisted its been more than 2.5 months and I haven't got any news on my application status. Well she gave in and took some details from me, but unfortunately she said that my file is not in the system..... So, I guess that my application hasn't been accepted for one reason or the other. Its been worrying but now I realize that I should accept the fact that the game is over....
I thank all the lovely people on this forum, who have tried to understand each others problems and have been very very supportive and informative to others.
I wish everyone all the very best and may all your dreams come true...

Call again dude...dont loose hope, sometimes they feed wrong info to check status and found no result......so try again,

You're not out until you get a form back. No matter what theories we all have, none of us completely understand why some applications take longer than others at CIC.
It's started raining, maybe you will get wet soon

Dear Friends,

i have got the 8 digit identification number(UCI) through the CIC call centre on Aug 12-2013
I have filed under 1112 -noc code & application reached on June 4-2013
i tried entering uci details thru ivr but not data was available & then the call got transferred to Call centre agent.
The call centre agent says that no file details are not available on the system & told to write a mail to CIC directly.
I have written to CIC but not heard anything from them.
I am getting worried as 1112 has already hit 278 applications & not sure on my status even after uci being allocated

Any updates on 1112 after 24 May 2013.....
