Do you have an idea what does this status in ECAS means? is it a positive eligibility review or it still has to be assessed?

I feel the samee....i mean when everyone seems to be talking about 'fast track processing for new applicants' (especially consultants 8) )...i dont believe tht we can be in canada within 1 year....i really hope London VO is efficient now but still cant expect less than 18 months processing....wishing luck to everyone on this forum...

Surprises can be expected this year coz fsw applications were closed for an year to clear backlogss.... something abt which we can always be positive

if the app is recd on Jun 26th, does that mean that PER till Jun 26 for 2174 has been done?

My application reached CIC on Jun 26th for NOC 2174. When should i expect some news? I am in the spreadsheet and my mode of payment was DD. to date i haven't received any response. But i did call CIC and they gave me UCI number.

OK, Now what?

I cannot cope with the Post-PER period. that scene of Finding Nemo movie at the end. All fishes where trying to escape from their aquarium to the ocean and kept making different types of analysis and plans and when they finally made it at and they were all in the ocean wrapped in plastic bags they looked to each others saying "Now What !"
So, I was opening this site almost the whole day and now don't know now what shall I do.

Do we need to make a new timeline for post PER candidate or we still can share our news, ideas and issues here? any thoughts?

Hello Jigzyy, I saw from the spreadsheet that your color went to purple. How did you know that your file has been transferred to London VO? Did VO send you acknowledgement? Whereas in my case, I received reply from CIO from the previous enquiry of my file and they said that my file has been recently transferred to London Office.

You are lucky. Your PER is sure. Just respond to WES and you will get your per

Responding only is not enough. Be sure that when you respond you chose FSW package copy and be sure to pay for it.

I agree with you that 0211 is not moving as others but still CIC guys reviewing this NOC are playing a good catch-up. You can see from the spreadsheet that all 23rd have their PER already. I am of the opinion that they are clearing all the outstanding PER and would start charging in full throttle by next week.

I know is not easy at all but I advise that you should have patience and avoid unnessary panick. The way I am looking at this thing, most guys even to July ending submission would be in the Cap.

Bcoz thousand of FSW files are having the same fate!!! Many people from 2010 have still not got their MR. With Immigration to Canada its like a black hole. U never know when its gonna end ( Happy Ending I mean PR) .
No one knows the Reason why they cant employ more people or ask the present employees to do 5 extra files in a day whereby the whole process would have been faster. It shouldnt take any VO longer than 1 month to check our Credentials ( I mean job referencing )and issue us with MR once satisfied.
But instead our files are thrown in dark dusty corners waiting for someone to pick up and start processing.
So shouldnt raise my hopes that I will land in Canada before the end of May 2014.
These r just my views.

Here is my 50 cents for our analysis fish tank.

Although I am not so blessed with analytical skills as some of other members here and too lazy to draw good-looking charts and graphs ,
I have a hunch that pace at which CIC Sydney processing our applications is about
10 per day
more than 10 officers are doing this titanic and meticulous job,
much more are moving and tossing our papers between different cabinets (according our spreadsheet, at least 13 different people are dealing with mail and put their signatures on carriers receipts)
all of these clerks have very nice salary and benefits, but ironically they most probably not satisfied with it, and ready to go on strike, because some other luckier clerks in another office have bigger salary and better benefits. And this is just not fair. ;D

So to make it Right and Fair they are ready to screw tens of thousands of students who are supposed start their education in Canada, screw many thousands of other people who were planning to visit their family members, businessmen who were planning to do business with Canada, tourists, immigrants who were planning to start a new life in Canada and many other people who cannot get their visas and have to make changes in their plans and lives now.

Clerks are ruling the world. ;D

your chance is too low in order to reach to this years cap, but i would apply if i was instead of you. it is just some document translations and post's expenses. totally your chance is below 5 %
