To give you some hope, I did some analysis on 2011 FSW spreadsheet. I used NOC 1122 and NOC 3152; there are many cases in both categories where PER is issued one or even more than two months after the date when cap was annouced to be filled. It shows many of us may be included in the updates already announced by the CIC though we have not heard anything yet.

can you please share the link of 2011 fsw spreadsheet so other members can do some more analysis and help others?

PER mail dated 07/08/13. No info on when fee was encashed though
