Dear Seniors,

If I pay the fees online do I need to submit IMM5620E form or the fees receipt will be good enough. Also in the payment link I can see that fees for Permanent Residence option also there along with the FSW fees payment option in the same place.So do I need to pay the PR fees also now or just the FSW fees will do and later CIC will request me to pay the PR fees.

Also what should be the Dependent Type I need to choose for the spouse.I know that for my child it is Type A but confused for spouse

There is no option to pay fee online for FSW. You need to submit fee payment form with CC details or DD along with it.

Yes it was. I'm just about to submit a claim for a refund of the £49.99 fee. I've complained to their head office as they advertised and sold it as a 2 day service. Post Office are blaming Parcelforce, Parcelforce and blaming Post Office and Fedex. Great service.

We've all managed to get refunds so far, so you'll get there. I was sold it as a 1 day service, I had to appeal the initial rejection of the complaint though.

Friends.. I got a email that my application was sent back as it is deemed incomplete. It was written in the email that my entire packet was sent ny regular mail on June 20th. My application reached CIC on 9th May.

I'am an India applicant and till now I did not receive the package. I do not know what was the real problem with my application as the email does not state anything specific. It's being 50 days since the application was sent back from Canada, and worried now that the postal department might have lost it somewhere.

So apart from pain of being rejected I also now do not have original IELTS which I have sent (I understand we cannot get a second copy, if I have to apply for other country I have to sit for IELTS again), reason for rejection (it's better to know what mistake I made), and the CC detail are in the package (a misuse of CC is possible).

Do any of you have any idea, as to how many days a package can return back from Canada. And if anyone is in this situation please help me out as to what I can do so that I can receive the package.

You shouldn't be too fast to respond without reading very well.he used the eligible NOCs for 2011 for analysis.1122 and 3152 he referred to are for 2011
