Nop it will not work as CIC will not accept any such request.... You can send disclose/change/modify request only after assingment of UCI number and only after your file trasfer to local visa office.... In your case You have to wait till your docs are back.

In this case, if he/she can prepare another application, he/ she can submit it right now, like my case, I did not put visa office requested and I submitted my second application 1 week later. Still not sure if it will be out of cap or not

And what if I submitted my documentation without my spouse IELTS result, my self sessment score more than minimum requirement without his result...will they refuse me stating incomplete documents without calculating my points.I have attached written explanation too that why I cannot submit my spouse result now...his test date is on 22 june 2013..

I submitted IELTS originals in my second application, I asked British council to accept my docs in a separate envelop with our IELTS in British council and then both envelops in a big envelop of DHL but the sender is British council because they only accept to send IELTS directly.

I hope that my second application will be in the cap. If no, both will be out of the game.

For my first application, I believe that it will be returned in a couple of weeks.

And I have to pay double

thanks for your reply.
One more thing,

There is cutting in DD i.e. year was earlier written as 2012,
when i brought it in the notice of bank manager,
she overwritten it as 2013 and attested cutting and signed with stamp of bank.
Is it ok?

I'm no expert on DD/ banking but if the Manager has done correction & signed, I assume she knows her job well & it should get accepted. See if your application is accepted by CIO, they will deposit the DD in their bank which will be presented in .. say, SBI Toronto branch (if this where the DD is drawn to) via clearing channel.... unless & until the banker sitting in SBI Toronto br. takes an objection on overwriting/ correction rest assured you safe !

Hey guys, newbie here.

I'm just wondering what people's experiences have been with the ECA? Did people go for CES, ICASC or WES (if not a medial applicant), and how long did they take?

CES says their processing times are 11 weeks on average, ICASC says 6-8 weeks and WES says seven working days.

Obviously at the moment time is of the essence! What has everyone's experience been of these establishments? Many thanks for any replies. Good luck all!
