True, but this is a hypothetical situation... The stocks will not suddenly jump to zero (The history of stocks is an indicator) ... The same goes for currency as well... It is also linked to forex market... If we put currency in the same boat as stocks the local currency might not have much value in the international market which in turn in related to the economy of the country... The case in point is Zimbabwe... The detoriation in Zimbabian Dollar is quite an example...

I presume you are talking about the FSW 2013 applicants tracker spread sheet. Well its made in google docs. If you would like to have your name added to the sheet then you have to provide all the relevant data as indicated by the columns of that sheet.

I opinion after 2 months it will be filled
but why do you required so much time?
though you can start procedure and wait for CAP update(within 2 months definetly there will be cap update)
If cap filled and everything is ready and you are luckey enough it will be useful next time

Age - 29

Yes we can send ourselves but sealed by university registar, in that envalop you also need degree certi and marksheet attested by uni regisrat and form which you can get form WES after payment

all this thing you can keep in one envalop and sealed by uni registar

the same for bachlore and masters
write your details and ref. no given by WES on each envalop
write coverletter(not mandatory but advisable) keep both envalop and letter in one big eanvalop and send to WES

If you are confident about IELTS band (6 in each module) than you can try at the earliest (as if you need to give ielts again due to less band than it will waste of time and money, select date accordingly)
take a IELTS date and start other preparation

if at all cap is filled try next time
