HIE VATS I am almost ready with all documents to file with CIC except the experience letter from employer....they are not giving it I am working with r.e.l.i.a.n.c.e....what could be done ...if you can throw some light on the topic please....

how long the ICAS document took to reach you from canada to india in your case? did you choose courier or normal post.? mine is sent from last thursday but still didnot got it...

I use normal post, why dont you track that where is your courier

how can it be tracked... donot have any clue on that...

I dont know about ICAS but in WES they give tracking no and by that no we can track application at canada post and than indian post

Its different porcedure for different country

In India you need to go to jan seva where they issue birth certificate.
if you have all docs ready and only birth certi pending than there are other proof which you can submit instead of that

I inquired. I can get the Birth Certificate from Indian Embassy,Here in Dubai.
Have sent email to my employers for experience certificate but haven't received any thing on that.(Indian Civil Engineering firms are not that proactive, I have doubts that they will give also )
Have sent mails for Transcript to my Btech and Mtech Colg. (They are also slow and will take time )
Taken Dates of IELTS in August
Registered for WES.

try to get WES details at the earliest, IELTS is not a problem each 6 is easy though have a practice
if possible send some one to university to get reqd things at the earliest as in few cases WES have taken long time.

you can fill form and gether other docs like photo copies etc in time after IELTS exam to TRF received (13days are quite enough). dont waste time in that

followup with your employer for exp certi. its a case later we dont get it and time wastage.

hie vats..... will cic accept application without birth certificate if I submit LC... As per my consultant they donot... Actually I donot have birth certificate with me...If they are accepting other document as birth proof I would be more than happy. Can we find this rule written somewhere as it will be of great help

you can find in FSW2013 forum
2 person who has send 10th marksheet instead of BC are acceptet and got PER.
you need to submit the doc. (lc is better) which contains, your DOB, Place of birth, parents name.

Hi Vats,

I am not getting experience letter from my employer. They are saying it against their policy to give any such letter once the employee leaves the firm. I asked them to reply to my email stating the same but they are not doing that also. What should I do in this case?Any idea?

Also,selection of province in the application will effect the PR decision?
