Thanks for your help! I rang CIC and was confirmed that the UCI is exactly the same as for my visit visa app(I am not sure if the advisor was looking in to the right details or they link all apps in to 1 UCI). She couldnt really tell me if my DD was encashed but said it is still under process..so fingers crossed ??? Do you recieve the PER as an email from CIC?(what does PER stand for)

PER is an abbreviation of Positive Eligibility Review and it is received through email address mentioned in the Generic form. If email address is not provided, then they dispatch hard copy via snail mail to your postal address.

Actually CIC links all visa application of an individual to one UCI so its good news that your application is in process. Standby for good news.

Well happy waiting.... hope you don't have any due payments to your attorney.. . And you can say that again.... anxiety does take its toll. I am myself feeling suspended in mid air since CC charge. :-\ Hopefully this week will bring good news for both of us.

Nops I have'nt! I am up to date with my payments I have been checking CIC's website since morniing and eagerly waiting for any updates I am positive buddy we would soon !
