I have one complication in my case, if anyone could help me with the suggestion, I would really appreciate. Actually, I came to Canada in 2009 and took admission in one year diploma. Got 1 year open work permit and completed 1 year experience. After that I got positive LMO in august 2011 and I filed my application in October 2011. But I stopped working from the time I got LMO approval due to some company's problem. I did not pay any tax to the govt for past 1 year and now I am getting another LMO approval. Will this situation can create any trouble to my case processing? Can CIC reject my case on this behalf or they will take into mind that I have new approval now and started paying taxes??

Thanks.

If you are working in canada and not paying taxes, i believe that will be a problem. Otherwise nothing to worry.

I am in Canada but not working...My new employer applied for LMO and then I can start working for him. I am worried if they ask for 2012 T4 and returns. :o

No worries, you tell them you were not working for you are waiting for your documents to be release... The question here is, when your are not on a workpermit what were you holding(documents) did you overstay?

I never did overstay.....i have valid work permit, the only thing was that due to company's problem I did not work there, so now I found new employer so that I can show CIC that I am paying taxes to get PR. I am FSW2 and got 10 points for LMO (HRDC approval). I am worried about the gap of 1 year for which I did not work otherwise I was having valid status here.

When you have valid work permit it is not necessary to work, nobody will ask you why you were not working. you may have several reason for it, new job search, unpaid off break from work, health reason etc.
