The email / Letter might have written on Subject PER (Positive Eligibility Review) you will received another notification in 30-60days which is AOR (Acknowledgment of Receipt). AOR is basically step where the file is allotted to an officer.
After this AOR keep watching your ECAS and when you see line added "we have started processing your file" you can expect medicals anytime between 7-60days.

If you have AEO it will take little longer may be by Dec2012 and If you have LMO than anytime this month
