I am in Canada on post graduation work permit i am planning to apply for aeo with Canadian employer. so can any body tell me what time hrdc take to approve aeo?

You should apply for LMO instead of AEO. it taked 3-4months now a days otherwise regular timeline is 6-8 weeks. AEO is tedious process which take 8 months at minimum

Punch that lawyer right in middle of face.

If you have a job which lie under NOC O,A or B category then take help from your employer and get the LMO, it is totally free and just require few documents and you can get it easily, this is help you in getting your work permit extended for three years and the pain is just you need to wait for 4 months. If you have previous experience in India then you can use the same LMO for claiming extra points for you FSW (Federal Skilled Worker) application and will get PR with in 6-8months

As I just apply my postgraduation work permit for three years I already have off campus work permit I work part time in current company since I get my off campus work permit. I already have all required document of my company to apply lmo I am confuse only in making job offer letter which include my job duty as per noc. One morething if I get 3 years post graduation workpermit than also I need to apply lmo? Or I can apply directly pr?

If you have off campus you can work full time if your course is completed , so work more hours if you can
Secondly if you have three years off campus you may not need LMO if you have previous work experience. Calcuate youre points on self assessment on CIC website and then decide otherwise new rules in Jan2013 will also be favorable for you. DOnt worrry

I believe, I have made a mistake by not Entering NDVO in my application.

It has been 3.5 months since I have received PER but do not know in which Visa Office my file is. I am going to ask for CAIPS notes tomorrow to know which VO holds my file.

Still hope that the whole process will complete by March/April 2013.

I dont think that is a mistake at all. We have similar profile and I am very happy with the process so far.
you must call and check or send them an email, I dont think you canapply CAIPS if it is less then 6months from last communication

I am not complaining the process et all and I am not worried about PR. It will come on its own time; my WP expires in March 2014 so by that time, PR will come

My only concern is that I do not know the Visa office where my file is.

Although I was late in applying but I am satisfied the way they processed LMO, PER etc.....

I believe, I can apply anytime for 'Access for Information' right now and do not have to wait for 6 months.

I applied under skilled worker category with job offer on 9th of July 2012 and I received my AOR on 18 sep 2012.I receive a mail that my file transferred to my visa office.but my efile is showing file received on 9 july.I want to know how much time it gonna take for medical and all this process bcoz my WP expires in July 2013.

It will not take more than a year for complete process. 8-10 mnths maximum.
Couple of my frnds got PPR and MR at the same time.

Dont need to worry!
I am not aware of your VISA OFFICE otherwise you can expect medicals with in two months from AOR.
