Sidhusaab,

Can you please advise, it is how much critical to renew AEO, if expire before PR?
As I know AEO is valid for 1 year.

it depends my AEO was valid for 4 years.
as per my knowledge, renewal of AEO is not critical, before it get expired u ask for renewal letter from ur employer he will do that.
Moreover it is considered to be alive at the time of application not during the process.

Hi, ASMB, any change in your ecas?
My address has disappeared today. There is no change under 'In process'.
Hi Ibrahim,
Sorry for not responding sooner, I just saw your message. I have been travelling a lot past few weeks and have been irregular on the forum.
My address also dissapeared sometime end Jan, but not sure of the date, but it is the same case with pratically all applicants. Still missing in my case.
Also there is no change under 'In Process'.
I am thinking of writing to LVO to understand what is happening. Applicants around or after my timelines have received their MR, and inspite of having an AEO there seems to be no progress in my case. It is so frustating as most of us have put other plans on hold thinking this might happen soon, but all we seem to be doing is wait wait wait ....... endlessly.
Hope you were able to access your e-cas.
Good luck!

Hey guys I have a question
If I live in USA applying for FSW2.. do I need FBI certificate? I sent already mine from my country thou. I don't see people for FSW 2 talking about this.

Please any INFO????

hey guys,

I'm FSW2 based in Toronto. My timelines should appear in my profile. What are we seeing so far the gap between AOR and MR/PPR for NDVO?

Hi Guys,

I am fsw2 applicant currently working in Toronto. I submitted my application on 6th sept, 2011 and received AOR from NDVO on 21st jan,2012.
Recently a new line has been added to my ecas reading we started processing your application on 7th March. How long it will take from here on to receive the response from ndvo?

Hi FSW2 folks,

I think FSW2 applications are moving quite slowly since CIC is probably looking through them in greater detail than FSW1 applications. In the first two months of this year, FSW1 applications are getting PER from Nova Scotia within 30 days. My FSW 2 application filed around the same time is still awaiting any kind of confirmation even though folks who applied at the same time as me for FSW1 are already past PER.....Have you guys seen similar trends in the past for FSW2 applications?

Cheers,

Seminole

Since there are rumors going around many applicants have gotten fraudulent AEOs this might be delaying all, applicants have to undergo another scrutiny by IO.

In my opinion the VO choice should have been made and included in your application. Did you leave it blank?
What is your country of Nationality and your country of residence? You can chose either of these VO's only.

Exactly.. what is what I understand. They were the ones who filled out my form. I know they sent the appl to Nova Scotia (Canada).
I live in NYC for 9 years, but I am mot american. Just pray they wont send them to Buffalo.

As far as I have heard, Buffalo is extremely slow. You may still have a chance to change your VO to your home country, incase that is faster. This time Manila and New Delhi VO's are superfast.
I am surprised you don't know which Visa Office has been entered on your application. You shoud have read thoroughly before signing. You are the customer and you have a right to know, and can even ask for it now.
Anyway, all the best !

Dear ASMB,

I am also confused with the visa office issue. I mentioned in my application visa office as London; but in PER it is written "Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing."
What about u?

Regards,
