I did my medicals way back in January 2012 . The status has not been updated in the e-cas till date. No reply from NDVO for all my queries as well. Keeping my fingers crossed. ???

Question: If you received your application no and UCI no. does this mean that CIC regards you application as complete? In my case I have yet to submit a Police clearance since I lived in other country aside from my home place. In what stage would they have to request from me that "missing" requirements? Any idea?

If you have a UCI # that means your application has been accepted. Submitting PC with application is optional, though highly reccomended. You will be asked to submit PC along with your medical request.

do i get visa under spp

hello guys my name is gopi... I want to apply for pg diploma for jan13.......
my academics are 2005ssc -82%
2007 10+2-79%
2011 b-tech-58% but 13 backlogs
ielts -6.5 no band less than 5.5
now am i eligible to under spp, i do hav bank loan and 6months work experiance
I am worried......do I get a visa
plz help me guys

here is my strory (lazzzzzy -> london office):

Feb 2011: I applied a complete application with arrange employment.
Mar 2011: They received my application for permanent residence.
May 2011: They reviewed my application and sent a letter to my employeer.
Aug 2011: I received a letter asking for some of my experience and other documents.
Sep 2011: I submit all the requested documents.
Nov 2011: My application was reviewed and they started processing.
Jun 2012: I sent a letter to London office because, I was worried about my in-process status for so long.
Jun 2012: I received their letter saying "waiting for visa-officer review" and it is still in the same status until now.


I will appreciate if someone can gave me a idea how much time i will wait further?

Just because we don't see progress on our application dosen't mean the officers are lazzy, they are very busy working on other applications. Yes - it is unfair that they do not strictly follow FIFO methood.

Looking at your case I would suggest you to apply for your GCMS notes.
One - you will know the concerns your visa officer had to request for further documents
Two - you will get an idea of the due date when your application will most likely be reviewed again.

My e cas says that i have to attend interview on octxx, guys, why is this interivew for, FYI, this is my 4th pr application, in my last application i have included my spouse details.

I noticed, most of FSW2,2011 applicants at least got their ecas updated ( in process or second line ) but look to my luck , can't blv still ecas shows RBVO!! Nothing from visa office, most of members at least they got add doc reqst!! Guys what happening ! Am sick of waiting !!after all I don't no wither ill get it or not !
