gf was planning to have a trip to Canada during Chinese National Day, but got refused from the Consulate again.

3 reasons:
1. Purpose of visit
2. Family ties in Canada and in country of residence
3. Travel history.

We are confused and cannot understand those reasons. In the application, She wrote the letter to explain that she would like to spend holiday in Canada during the Chinese national day break, and her trip plan was only 7 days, which is a very legitimate purpose for visit. She also provided the round-trip tickets, and detailed trip plan. What other purpose does VO thinks about besides touring?

She is a financial professional, got a decent salary and deposits, owns a million+ property in China as well. All of her relatives are in China. She does not have any friends, relatives in Canada, how come VO came up with the second reason?

She's been to Japan, US, Saipan etc, what kinds of travel history will make VO satisfied?

Is she currently employed or doing some business? The VO is using the supporting documents to based their opinion. If you can indicate what supporting documents your gf include in her application, then we can analyze what is lacking to make the VO satisfied.

Pretty simple answer. CIC has correctly guessed that she has a boyfriend in Canada and they are concerned she has plans to remain in Canada long term.

She is currently employed at a stated-own institution. Supporting documents provided by her were: land title under her name, employment letter, cover letter, bank transactions history for past 6 maths, round trip tickets, trip plan etc. She submit the documents according to the list provided by agents, so it shouldn't be a problem.

so for the VO, possibly have a BF in Canada= visa refusal? Then VO can denied any single women or single men in China cuz they all can potentially have lovers in Canada, so is this the case? How come some single individuals can still obtain their visa?

Well then the question is how VO made his decision and what we can do for the next.

You are not giving enough information about what you submitted:

employment letter <- what did it say?
cover letter <- what did it say?
bank transactions history for past 6 maths <- transactions history? maybe bank statements? how much liquid funds?
round trip tickets
trip plan <- what was it? where, how, when?
etc <- you need to elaborate on this ETC.

If you do not give full details on this we cannot help you.

Hey please help me out

Applied online on 1st September for parents wife and one year old daughters visa. I'm a PR. Parents have two visas but travelled only once to Canada before and also to USA. Wife has a 10yr old valid visa travelled there in 2013 post our marriage. Online application tool automatically put them under Can+ and asked us for very limited documents not even asked us for financial or travel itenary. There was no option to upload these. We ended up sending these via the email. Using CSE and Delhi embassy general email. Got a refusal msg on 13tb September but did not indicate any reason for refusal whatsoever and refusal letter is not even signed by any officer.

Now what to do???
